1. How to request deletion

  • Email [email protected] with the subject “Bruska Account Deletion Request.”
  • Include your username, company or branch name, and the phone number or email linked to your account.
  • State whether you want to delete only your employee account or, if you are an authorized owner, the entire company workspace.
  • Do not include your password, OTP code, or sensitive financial details.

2. Verification

Before deleting data, we verify your identity and authority to protect the account and company records. We may ask you to reply from the registered email address or phone number.

3. Data we delete

  • Your user profile, photo, and contact information that is no longer required.
  • Active sessions, login tokens, and access to the account.
  • Account associations with a company, depending on your authority and request type.
  • Other data that we are not required to retain for legal or contractual reasons.

4. Data we may retain

We may retain invoices, accounting records, payments, audit logs, and security records to meet legal and financial obligations, resolve disputes, or prevent fraud. Access is restricted and data is de-identified where appropriate.

5. Timing and effect

We generally complete verified requests within 30 days and will notify you if applicable law or the complexity of the request requires more time. Backup copies may remain for up to 90 days in our routine deletion cycle.

Deletion is irreversible. Export any data or reports you need before submitting your request.
