1. Accepting these terms
By creating an account or using the services, you and the organization you represent agree to these terms. If you are not authorized to agree, do not use the service.
2. Accounts and security
- Provide accurate, current information and keep passwords and verification codes confidential.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and must promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
- Company administrators may manage the access, roles, and data of users within the company account.
3. License, subscriptions, and payment
Bruska gives you a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the service under your purchased plan. Pricing, trial periods, renewal, and taxes shown in an order or purchase screen apply.
If a subscription is purchased through Apple or Google, billing and cancellation are also governed by that store's terms. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law or the purchase agreement.
4. Your data and accounting responsibility
You retain ownership of your business data and give Bruska permission to host and process it to provide the service. You must have the right to enter and share that data.
Bruska is a business-management tool, not legal, tax, or professional accounting advice. You are responsible for record accuracy, backups, review, and compliance.
5. Prohibited use
- Break the law or another person's rights, or store unlawful or harmful content.
- Bypass security, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malware, or place an unreasonable load on the service.
- Copy, resell, reverse engineer, or build a competing product from the service in violation of law.
6. Availability and third-party services
We work to keep the service available and secure but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change features for maintenance, security, improvement, or compliance.
The service may integrate with third-party products. Their use is governed by their own terms and policies.
7. Intellectual property
Bruska and its licensors retain ownership of the software, designs, trademarks, and service content. No rights are granted except the limited license stated in these terms.
8. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend access for security reasons, unlawful use, breach of these terms, or non-payment. You may terminate the service according to your plan and request account deletion.
9. Disclaimers and limits
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available and Bruska is not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, or data loss that reasonable backups and controls could have prevented. Nothing in these terms limits rights that applicable law does not allow us to limit.
10. Governing law, changes, and contact
These terms are governed by applicable laws of Iraq and the Kurdistan Region of Iraq, without limiting mandatory user rights. We may update the terms and will communicate material changes.
